A variant of the deadly original 'Retirer' tied by Davie Parker for the European Championships in Slovenia 2005. The rivers were running high and Davie wanted a fly that would ride high and long despite the turbulance. This variant with the sparkle in the tail has been the downfall of thousands of trout and grayling since then. Tied on the Fish On, Wet & Dry hook.
