JT has just returned to the UK having spent the last three weeks representing England at the XVth Commonwealth Fly Fishing Championships in Tasmania.

Fished over five different sectors encompassing two lake sessions from drifting boats, one lake session off the bank and two different rivers, the championships was billed as a true test of all-round angling skill and really put the 16 competing nations through their paces. While the fishing itself was tough and the weather highly variable, all the preparation and practice paid off as Team England scooped the silver medal and JT won the individual bronze.

Good Angling Lads!
